GiveawayPro Terms of service

1. Introduction

Welcome to GiveawayPro, a Discord-based giveaway management bot (hereinafter referred to as “the Bot”). By adding, accessing, or using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Use of the Bot

GiveawayPro operates entirely within Discord. By using the Bot, you must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service. You must have a valid Discord account to access and use the Bot. You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your Discord account.

3. Discord Platform Compliance

Since GiveawayPro operates through Discord, all activity must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Users or servers found in violation may have access to the Bot restricted or removed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot. By using GiveawayPro, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use GiveawayPro only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Bot to:

  • Conduct or promote illegal activity.

  • Run giveaways for prohibited content.

  • Exploit bugs, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Bot.

  • Disrupt the operation of the Bot or Discord servers where it is installed.

6. Features & Functionality

GiveawayPro provides features such as:

  • Giveaway entry tracking and winner selection.

  • Role-based controls (multipliers, whitelists, blacklists).

  • Fairness logs and cooldowns.

  • Automation tools (recurring giveaways, templates).

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GiveawayPro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of GiveawayPro or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Bot on Discord.

8. Privacy

GiveawayPro collects minimal data, such as Discord IDs, usernames, and giveaway interaction data, solely for the purpose of running giveaways. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Ownership of Data

All giveaway data (entries, logs, results, and server configurations) are owned by GiveawayPro. Server owners and admins are granted access to configure and view data relevant to their own server. This access may be revoked at any time for violation of these Terms or Discord’s Terms.

10. Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium features are available through subscription at $9.99 USD per month. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. GiveawayPro does not store payment details.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or features at any time.

  • Premium access may be terminated without refund if a user or server is found in violation of these Terms or Discord’s Terms of Service.

11. Data Rights

Server owners may request deletion of their server’s data by removing the Bot from their server or contacting support. GiveawayPro will delete related data within a reasonable timeframe (generally within 30 days).

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GiveawayPro at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or Discord’s Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will immediately cease.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

GiveawayPro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Bot.

14. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GiveawayPro, its owners, or staff be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and significant changes may be announced via our official Discord support server or other communication channels. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
